Diversity and equality of opportunity are important to us. We appreciate and work to recognise that each individual is by definition, unique. We aim to treat people fairly and to recognise and respond to their individual needs, experiences and aspirations. Human diversity strengthens and enriches our organisation.

Building a truly diverse business is a long term and ongoing strategy. We are committed to achieving this. We recognise that it is a key area for the business and one which we have to continuously monitor and strive to improve.   Accordingly, we abide by the Law Society’s Charter on Diversity, fully endorsing its aim to ensure diversity and inclusion across the legal profession.

In July 2021 we carried out an equality and diversity survey of our employees and from the anonymous data that has been provided by them we have been able to conclude that they fall into various protected characteristic types as defined by the Equality Act 2010. Due to the risk of employees being identified through their anonymous data and reference to their staff profiles on our website we are unable to publish more specific details without breaching the Data Protection Act 2018.
