Erica Stocks graduated from University of Brighton in 2006 with an honours degree in law. Erica qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and has worked in the Landlord and Tenant Department since qualifying.
Erica now specialises in enfranchisements, lease extensions, Right to Manage claims and other residential leasehold work. Erica also deals with other landlord & tenant related matters including residential possession claims and service charge disputes. Erica also handles much of the firm’s residential and commercial property debt collection work.
Outside of work Erica enjoys cycling, running and generally keeping fit. She enjoys travel, eating out, cooking and socialising.
