A partner in our Residential Property and Leasehold Enfranchisement departments, Richard advises on a wide range of freehold and leasehold property matters for clients all over the country. He has considerable expertise in residential property, leasehold enfranchisement, freehold acquisition and lease extension matters, and right to manage, acting for both landlord and tenants. Richard also has experience of dealing with matters before the Residential Property Tribunal (First-Tier Tribunal) and the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).
Richard joined ODT Solicitors in 2014. He is a member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners.
Richard loves to travel and enjoys classical music.
