Role: Private Client Solicitor
Location: Haywards Heath or Brighton

We are recruiting for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our Haywards Heath or Brighton office. The successful candidate will benefit from an immediate caseload referred from our busy Private Client Department based in our Haywards Heath office. The candidate will manage a full caseload of matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate planning and lasting powers of attorney. Role: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Brighton

We are recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE to join our Commercial Property team based in our Brighton office.

The successful candidate will work closely with members of the team on transactions, while also managing their own caseload of commercial property matters. The role will involve a broad range of commercial property work, including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial properties, drafting and negotiating commercial property leases, including retail units, offices and industrial units, lease renewals and terminations, consents for assignments and alterations.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial property experience, excellent technical ability and a proactive approach to client care. They will be confident managing matters independently while also working collaboratively within a supportive and experienced team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established department with a strong reputation and a loyal client base across Brighton and the South East.
